Right of withdrawal

For consumers entering a contract through this website. As of 11 August 2026.

This is a translation for your convenience. The contract is governed by German law, and the wording of this notice is prescribed by it. In case of any difference, the German version is the binding one.

Bought in the App Store or on Google Play? Then this notice does not apply, because the contract is with the store. Withdrawal and refunds run through them. The way there is described under cancelling and refunds.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this, though it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your exercise of the right of withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires early if

  1. you have expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired,
  2. you have confirmed your awareness that by giving that consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and
  3. we have provided you with confirmation of the content of the contract including these statements in text form.

We obtain both statements separately during the payment process. As long as you do not give them, provision begins only after the withdrawal period has expired, and your right of withdrawal remains fully in place.

Purchases through the App Store and Google Play

If you took out the subscription through the Apple App Store or through Google Play, the contract for the paid service is with that store operator. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds are then governed solely by their terms and are requested there. A statement made to us cannot end a contract concluded there.
