Mandatory notice
No investment advice
All content of this service serves exclusively for information and for forming your own opinion. No personal recommendation is made and no individual investment situation is examined.

Consumer information
Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (section 36 (1) no. 1 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).
The European Commission’s former online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. A reference to it is therefore no longer included.
Responsibility
Liability for content and links
We are responsible for our own content under the general laws. Under sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected; liability in this respect is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement.
Our service contains references to external third-party websites, in particular to the primary sources of news. We have no influence on their content. The respective provider is always responsible for this third-party content. At the time of linking, the pages were checked for recognisable legal violations; permanent monitoring of content without specific indications is not reasonable. If we become aware of infringements, we remove the links concerned.
Copyright
The content and works created by us are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require our written consent. Downloads and copies are permitted for private, non-commercial use. Where content was not created by us, the copyrights of third parties are respected and third-party content is marked as such.

Privacy policy
This policy describes which personal data is processed when you visit stocklife.io, for what purpose, on what legal basis, who receives it and how long it is kept. Last updated: 17 September 2026.
The short overview
- This website currently has no accounts, no sign-in and no forms. We do not store any data about you.
- We ourselves set no cookies and use no analytics service.
- The website shows advertising from Google AdSense. In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, ads and the cookies they require only run after your consent, which you give through Google’s dialog and can change at any time via “Privacy” in the footer. Details in section 4.
1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of Article 4 (7) GDPR is Larisa Schlosser, Erlenhain 16, 88480 Achstetten, Germany, email: support@stocklife.io.
No data protection officer has been appointed, as the requirements of section 38 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) are not met.
2. Visiting the website and server logs
When you visit, the technically necessary connection data transmitted by your browser is processed: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, status code, referrer, and information about browser and operating system. Without this data the page cannot be delivered. The website runs on Cloudflare, Inc.; Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf and keeps short-term logs. We ourselves do not store IP addresses.
Purpose: delivery of the website, operational security, defence against attacks. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in a secure and available service.
3. Storage on your device
We ourselves store nothing on your device. Storing and reading information by Google’s advertising is governed by section 25 (1) of the German TDDDG: it happens only with your consent under section 4.
4. Advertising
This website is financed by advertising. For this purpose Google AdSense is integrated, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google processes the resulting data for its own purposes and is an independent controller in that respect; there is no processor relationship.
Every page includes a script from pagead2.googlesyndication.com. It loads when the page is opened and initially serves to display the consent dialog and to check whether you have made a decision. Ads are delivered only after that.
If you consent, Google may store and read cookies and similar identifiers on your device, process your IP address, evaluate information about browser, operating system and approximate location, and record which ad was shown, seen and clicked. Depending on the scope of your consent, Google may also use this information for personalised advertising and build a corresponding profile, possibly across several websites and devices. Third-party vendors listed individually in the dialog are also involved.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we obtain your consent through a consent management platform certified by Google under the Transparency & Consent Framework of IAB Europe. You can consent, refuse, or select individual purposes and vendors separately. Without consent, no advertising cookies are set and no personalised ads are delivered. You can change your decision at any time with effect for the future via “Privacy” in the footer. You can additionally switch off personalisation in your Google account at myadcenter.google.com.
Purpose: financing the free service, measuring delivery, billing and fraud detection. Legal basis: section 25 (1) TDDDG and Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR, in each case your consent. More at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
5. Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your address and the content of the message in order to reply. The mailbox is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (Lithuania). Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR where a contract is concerned, otherwise Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
6. Existing subscriptions
If you took out a subscription in the past, your payment and contact data is held by the parties through which you purchased: Creem as merchant of record for purchases on this website, Apple or Google for purchases in the stores. These parties are independent controllers for their data. We keep invoicing records for up to ten years (section 147 of the German Fiscal Code, section 257 of the German Commercial Code).
7. Recipients and transfers to third countries
| Recipient | Function | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosting and delivery of the website (processor) | USA |
| Google Ireland Ltd. | Advertising and consent dialog (independent controller, only after consent) | Ireland, with transfer to the USA |
| Hostinger International Ltd. | Email mailbox of the contact address (processor) | Lithuania |
| Creem | Payment processing for existing subscriptions (independent controller) | European Union |
We base transfers to the USA on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission under Article 46 (2) (c) GDPR and, where the recipient is certified, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework under Article 45 GDPR. You can obtain a copy of the safeguards at support@stocklife.io.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18), data portability (Article 20), objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21) and withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Article 7 (3)). As we do not store data about visitors, in many cases we cannot identify you (Article 11 (2) GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.
9. No automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, with legal effect under Article 22 GDPR.
10. Changes
We adapt this policy when the service or the legal situation changes. The version available here applies.
